Instructions
1. Prep Your Ingredients:
- Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips.
- Slice the bell peppers and onions thinly.
- Mince the garlic cloves.
- Juice one lime.
2. Sauté Mode:
- Turn on the Instant Pot and select the “Sauté” mode.
- Add the olive oil, and once it’s hot, add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Sauté Chicken and Veggies:
- Add the chicken strips to the Instant Pot and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to brown.

6. Quick Release and Serve:
- Once the cooking cycle is complete, perform a quick pressure release.
- Open the lid and give everything a good stir.
