Instructions

1. Prep Your Ingredients:

  • Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips.
  • Slice the bell peppers and onions thinly.
  • Mince the garlic cloves.
  • Juice one lime.

2. Sauté Mode:

  • Turn on the Instant Pot and select the “Sauté” mode.
  • Add the olive oil, and once it’s hot, add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

3. Sauté Chicken and Veggies:
